More Than Movement
Blade & Body was created for people who want fitness to feel powerful, expressive, intentional, and alive.
OUR STORY
Strength and Creativity Are Not Separate.
Blade & Body began with a belief that a workout can challenge the body while teaching presence, rhythm, control and confidence. Props become extensions of movement. Choreography becomes language. Repetition becomes discipline — and discipline becomes self-trust.
THE WORD AND THE SWORD
Two Halves of One Practice.
The Word
Intention · Identity · Commitment · Direction · Truth · Vision
The Sword
Action · Discipline · Focus · Boundaries · Precision · Embodiment
The word defines the intention. The sword teaches the body to carry it.

Alayna
NASM & XPERT Certified Fitness Coach · Choreographer · Movement Artist
With more than 15 years of professional movement theory, choreography, and performance experience — combined with 10 years as a NASM and XPERT Fitness Coach — Alayna has dedicated her career to helping people build strength, confidence, and body awareness through intentional movement. Her teaching style blends functional fitness, dance, mobility, and expressive choreography into a welcoming experience designed for all fitness levels. Every class emphasizes proper technique, safety, and progressive learning, creating an environment where participants can challenge themselves while feeling supported every step of the way. For Alayna, Blade & Body is more than a four-week program — it is an invitation to reconnect with your body, move with purpose, and become part of a growing community that celebrates discipline, creativity, and confidence.
